100% Pigato. These vines are over 30 years old planted in the 1970's in calcareous clay soil. These grapes are hand harvested in mid-September. The vinification process involves a four day maceration period and then aged for 28 months. Alc. 13.5% by Vol.

 

Terrazze Imperiese Bianco, "Crescendo"

100% Pigato. These young vines were planted in 2005 in calcareous clay soil. These grapes are hand harvested in the beginning of September and go through a Spontaneous fermentation process for two months. After that they are aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Alc. 13.5% by Vol.

 

Terrazze Imperiese Rosso, "Rosso Se. . ."

100% Rossese. These young vines were planted between 2000 and 2005 in calcareous clay and sand soil. These grapes are hand harvested at the end of September and go through a Spontaneous fermentation process in oak barrels. After that they are aged for about 20 months on the lees with batonnage before bottling. Alc. 13.5% by Vol.
