Le Carline

The agricultural firm Le Carline of Piccinin Daniel is located in the heart of the enological area DOC Lison-Pramaggiore, at the intersection of the provinces of Venice, Treviso and Pordenone. Since 1988, these producers have become a model of sustainable development, based on the principles of preservation and enhancement of resources and of respect for the environment and consumer’s health.
Vino Frizzante
100% Glera. These vines are aged for 10 years and harvested manually and with machinery in the middle of August. The grapes are cleaned and cooled; then starts the dynamic skin maceration, in controlled fermentation temperature. This is a non-vintage Bio-Vegan Prosecco from Clay soil.
Vino Spumante Extra Dry
100% Glera. These vines are aged for 10 years and harvested manually and with machinery in the middle of August. The grapes are cleaned and cooled; then starts the dynamic skin maceration exploiting the fermentation gases and traditional punching down, in controlled fermentation temperature. Few months' exposure to its fine activated lees; and controlled clarification temperature and conservation in steel vats. This is a non-vintage Bio-Vegan Prosecco from Clay soil.
